I have purchased the Aakash Tablet Datawind-7CZ on 15th Oct, 2013 and got the defective piece then I register a complaint in service center bearing no. 1018HR764 on 27th Oct, 2013 and till the date i didn’t get my device back and contacted several times but all the time I got same reply that it will get in next one week.So please take some necessary steps to cure the above fault as soon as possible.
Firstly I want refund of the amount for which i paid for the product. Second priority is to get the product immediately.
