On my mobile a value added service was activated 2-3 weeks back without my request and knowledge. An amount of Rs. 29 was deducted for this. When I came to know about this, I made a complain to BSNL. After a lot of effort, VAS was deactivated but the money deducted is still not refunded.

Although the amount lost by me is Rs. 29 only, but it is not a matter of money alone.It is a matter of intentions of BSNL.
