A/C not delivered

I have purchesed an a/c (money receipi no-BL/CMR/3999/09-10) on 13/03/2010 from great eastern appliances pvt ltd 102 Diamond Harbour Rd kolkata.
It is not yet delivered to me as that model is npt present in their main stock somewhere at khidirpur as told to me by mr Biswajit Sales man. What do i Do next .

Faulty Airconditioner and Poor Service

This is to complain about the extremely poor service from Samsung India. We lodged our complaint about our airconditioner on friday, June 26, 2009. The call center registered our complaint and allotted the complaint number 8403674713. We were promised that the engineer would visit the following day, June 27, 2009.
