not opening web site

From 10.00AM on August 20 2009 i am trying to open icici direct to log in the trading cannot be done due to non opening of web site.
rectify immidietly.

ICICI Direct Trade Sucks - Order Execution needs Investigation

I have a bad experience with ICICI Direct too. On Nov-4, I placed orders to SELL RIL @ Rs 1440. The stock went over that price but still it was showing as "Status = Ordered" and not "Executed". During this time the Modify / Cancel links were very much active and their poor IT systems could let me do that as well.

ICICI Direct Share Trading is Down

I am really tired of ICICI Direct, their website is down when the stock markets swing heavily. Their agents come to you and tell it is the best and all the polished statements. At the time when the site is down and you are desperate to to change or place your order and you call the bank or its representative, they simply hang-up or ignore your call. Worst is the A$$hole saying, sir everything is working fine its your bad internet connection.

Makes me so frustrated. So guys beware before going for this ICICI Online Share Trading .
