Not getting Missed Goods and Damage Compensation from OM Packers Movers Pvt. Ltd.

I have booked my house hold goods and CAR from OM Packers Movers Pvt. Ltd. from Gurgaon to Kolkata on 8th April 2010. It was commited that car will be sent by Cargo and all other materials with in week time.

Deficiency in service

I paid Rs.16000 in full vide receipt no.1449 dated 13/11/09 to chennai packers and movers salem branch office for transportation charges of household-door to door, packing, loading, unloading and unpacking of house hold goods and furniture from muthur in Tirupur district to Nagercoil.
