Dear sir,

My Abn Amro Credit card No. is xxxx xxxx xxxx 8901.

The complaints are mainly, i am getting the phone calls from the bank regarding the promotional and free gifts etc, but they are not true, because at the time of getting the statement, i shall be shocked to see the amount for which i haven't used at all. Please go through them and revert.

Harrassment for undue payments

Dear Sir,
Vide your statement dated 14-03-2009 ,I was asked to deposit Rs.5000.00 as MMR money saver fee + 618.00 service charges for the same against my credit card. This service was provided to me without my consent and this was told to your executive on dt.17-03-09 at 1800112224 and I was promised to look into the matter and was given Ref. no. as 09031701877.

credit card billing issues

I hold an ABN Amro bank Credit card and an amount of 10,300 was converted into 12 EMI's and some body from the Customer service gave me the idea of converting the amount into EMI's. I agreed to that and I paid 4 EMI's in time but I never got my statements in time and most of the times I don't get my statements at all.

Cold Calling

Have been receiving calls from ABN AMRO (080 - 3247 7194) repeatedly for unsecured loans upto 25 Lakhs.

On 03/02/2009, have received a call from 2 different people from the same number within 3 mins. These people are absolutely hopeless.

I have registered for the DNC Registry and believe me, I think it is a complete waste of time. The registry, I feel, has no control over these cold callers.
