r/s sir/madam i purchased an electric kettle from crockery corner on dated 03-09-13 for rupees 1080.as i used it for hardly 1 or 2 times it stop working and also damage electric switch. then i went for service to dealer and they repaired it. as i use it again after service it again fail to work.now again i went to dealer to solve the problem and lovely assured me that he would replaced it after diwali. then i visit after diwali mr.lovely told me to come back after 3-4 days and informed me at phone. this happened for 3 to 4 times(2 month harassment period) but problem is still not solved out.

replacement of electric kettle and my total expances which is about rs. 2000/-
