datawind.com – received tablet was broken

I had ordered a Ubislate 7Cz tablet from the website www.datawind.com. I recieved the tablet on 19th/February/2014 from Blue Dart Courier Service. I paid in cash for the same to Blue Dart while taking the tablet. But, when I got back home and opened the packaged. I saw that the tablet was broken. So, I immediately called the company’s Technical support number 01832581330 and they told me to give the Tablet to their service center in Pune. I did the same on the same day within an hour. (I have valid receipts for both of these.) It is clearly stated on their warranty card that if the company is not able to replace the tablet within 1 month or if ir is not able to give any alternate product, they will give the refund to the customer with a deduction of usage charges (But I haven’t used the tablet even once.). Today, the date is 8th/April/2014. I still have not received the tablet. Whenever I call their customer service, they tell me to wait for 5-7 days (each time.)

I want either a full refund of the cash I paid according to the receipt and also a remuneration cost of rupees 1000 which I had to spend on the phone calls and on fuel to go to service center for updates. I want this within a week as I have already waited a long time.
