DataWind Faulty Tablet – Demand Replacement

To Tech support team Datawind I have purchased ubislate 7c+ on it has following problems. DATAWIND’s sent ubislate 7C+ does not support google play.l have already talked to datawind and google supporting regarding to compatibility of device with google play. your silly costomer service supervisor suggested to forcefully stop this app. after that my tablet get switch off and never still get start. . My device is not starting Your team mentioned that you will get email within 48 hours but as on today since week passed there is no sign of email from your team. From 2nd June 13 to 7th june are issue. I am asking simple question when device has not been tested how the government gave authority to sale to public. That’s why you have private players in market even though they charge more amounts but give good product and after sales services. I have contacted call centre and but they don’t have proper answer. Sometime they hang up the phone without answering the customer compliant.i 169times calling to datawindsupport. but every time they told me. i will send u ur complaint id with address on ur email id but still i dont get any type of email. when i purchase tablet that time they told me they have costomer care service center in pune mumbai.. but in real they dont have such service center . give me complaint id as soon as or refund my money ubislate 7c+ IMEI 911249550109327 name- vijaykumar varpe mobile- 8806559444 address- pune maharashtra
