Purchased aquaguard elegant ro from dealer in 12000/- in 07/04/14. Company person installed the same.water was not coming after 1 month. Lodged complaint company serviceman came and said there is some problem with product model need to install a bottle worth 800/- no bill provided after installation still problem persisted and this is the 5th time repairing has been done since april. Lodged a complaint this time assured any senior will visit or call. Same person who visited 4 times earlier (sanjay – 8750881951)visited again this time and said this problem will persist in this model. Asked for bill for 800 bottle and in writing that what has happened to purifier but all in vein. Now he is not picking call and customer care no. either company should replace the product with new one or pay 12800/- and take their product back so that wr can purchase other company’s product
