The broadband wire is cut from center and thus internet is not working properly, i made 5 complaints and talked to their officials in our area………but all in vain………I approached them for reducing the bill amount in my bill for the period when internet is not working but they did not listen…….now the line is temporarily disconnected……….My number is 0120-2320874.

The complaint numbers are: 1271030, 1276384, 1281070Z, 1285100, 1304512. I can not do more complaints since this all is not working……no one listen and act to these complaints………
