Free numbers is not active

I buy a new connection (9478421045) from BSNL office 26/6/2009. According to the plan two numbers can be free. I use this facility 27/6/2009 like EXLPOWER FIRST NUMBER AND SECOND NUMBER then send 53733 as a feedback i receive a sms. But my number is not active. Then i compliant against this and custmors care provide S307176670 on 30/6/2009. Till now there is no solution and not gave any powerful feedback. When i call at care center then gave me feedback 24 hrs. wait. plz look at this matter .
