Hindustan Unilever Pureit- Water Purifier – Product not working

Marvella RO-Pureit- Water Purifier- after purchase (Purchase date- 10-05-2013, Invoice No. SLF02A002010061717) I have filed 5 complaints each time product is repaired by technician works for 2 days then product is completely dead. Please note that the same problem is observed for 4-5 consecutive times. but their technician is not so competent that they can identify the problem. And at last they said that there is some voltage problem in your building. But then my question is that why the same has not been bring to notice in my last 4 compliants. Also in my complex there are 7 buildings if voltage problem is there then problem should be faced in each flat for different products. But i have never heard of such complaints. In my house i have refrigerator, washing machine and LCD television, why this products do not face voltage problem. And one more funny thing to share with you that after service call is attended they ask for feed back for satisfied one has to message SER 1 to 9223200200 and for not satisfied one has to message SER 0 to 922300200 so when i messages as SER 0 (for not satisfied in 3 service) to 922300200, reply comes that “Dear Customer, sorry to inform you that we could not trace your address with regards to the complaint registered with PUREIT. Pls call customer care” so if they do not have my address how they come for service to my home place. This issue i have faced twice with same reply. Dont know what to do. Regards, Deepak C.
