Unfair practices

The hotel inspite of having its own underground carparking insistes that patrons use their valet parking service for which they charge Rs 100. If one protests they ask you to go & park your car in the shopping mall with which it is not even linked in any way. How can they insist on a patron paying for a service which one doesnot want to use?

PF..ISSUE (Please help)

please find the trailing mail sent to my EX-Employer with complete details of my grieviences/problems but everytime they commited a date but unfortunately the commitment was not kept my P.F no-KN/BN/25454/5545.

It now more then 2 years but nothing has been done.

Deforst not working

Hi,

I had purchased Samsung Fridge RA19YBMS W/S HELF 190 L on 9.8.2009.
After that I have been having continuous while defrosting the fridge. The water is getting accumulated even after Defrost. We have to clear the water manually every alternate day.

messaging problem

my messaging is not going,it just stays in outbox plss help

Despite activating DND more than a year back I continue to get promotional message from BSNL as well as various companies offering ringtones, jokes etc. Two latest SMS being from TA-Levis, a chakrata road, dehradun based showroom on 24/02/2010 at 16:06Hrs and other from BP-52906 on 25/02/2010 at 17:20 Hrs. Reported this matter to BSNL call centre but their approach is too casual.

Customer Care

Your Customer Care service is the worst that I have seen so far. You keep dialing the links and you end up reaching nowhere. One just cant speak to the executive and sort his problem. I know a lot of people who have shifted to Vodafone for this reason.
