One more harassment incident happened yesterday. I got a call from Tapas of Jukasojourneys.com yesterday and he requested for a meeting at your City Center Office, Gurgaon yesterday evening.

I went to there and found that he was not in the office, I was asked by some lady to contact him on phone. I mad a call to Tapas and found that he is not in the office and started saying sorry for not being present for meeting.

Is this the way to deal with the customers? You call them and then again ask them to come again the other day? I would have felt great if Tapas would have informed me promptly that he will not be able to make it today and we can meet some other day. But no curtsey… I came out from my office early so that I will be there on time, drive down till there, wasted my fuel/ time, wasted money in parking…

…I was later asked to meet some another person Shazad (I suppose); and the update he gave me is, Mr Tapas is sitting in HO for my case only where he got late and it will be resolved soon.
SERIOUSLY???? I was called to give this update… If this is exactly what is expected to tell me; then this could have been done over the phone itself; what was the point of this physical torture happened because of inviting me there.

I really don’t know what is the process/ guidelines this company follows for customer servicing; now I feel that everyone is the same.

I again request, NO MORE HARASSMENT PLEASE… RESOLVE THE ISSUE ASAP

As asked by you, yes, I am getting the acknowledgements on the emails I am sending to info@jukasojourneys.com but not getting revert on the status.

As discussed with you yesterday, please prepare the papers so that we can file the litigation without a delay. Do check the points and claim amount on:
– “Mental/ Physical Harassment” basis the call for meeting I have received from Tapas and he was not available in the office for meeting without prior information and
– “Intentional Cheating” done by Morvin.

Please note that I am not interested in filing case individually for Morvin and Tapas, please prepare papers against M/S Jukaso Journeys Pvt Ltd.
