i bought a new prepaid connection from airtel and due to non submission of documents i walked directly to you outlet agency in anna nagar ie.. REACH CONNECTONS. there i had submitted my documents two time and it is the 3rd time the line is off and my number is 9789878500 . now they are saying that this numbers ll not be available for me . i would like to have an solid explaination . is this the way to treat the customer.
