Vishal Gudla, have applied for Stepahead services, my order id is 1526484.One of your customer care executive had called me first and asked me to register for Magic Resume initially. Name of the executive is Ehsan Malik. The call took place on 7th of August. During the conversation I was only asked to pay for the Magic Resume and there was no mention of any further payment. Once the payment for Magic Resume was successful the executive again asked me to pay for another services. Initially I had declined as it was not mentioned and had argument with the executive for the same. And I had asked him if it is necessary to pay. He didnt give me an option he just mentioned that i have to pay for it as it is a part of the process. Then he made me pay for the other services like Resume Zapper, Interview and soft skills, Behavioral assessment, Career astrology. I asked the executive to make me speak to the manager and even the manager said i am suppose to pay for the services which I didnt want to. They made me pay entirely approx around 13100. Out of which only one services I asked for. And today ( 16 th of August) I had called on Customer Care no. and spoke to one of the executive (around 3:40 PM) about the process being mandatory he replied it isn’t mandatory. Since I was asked to pay unnecessarily I want complaint to be taken in the name of the executives who asked me to pay unnecessarily for other services which I didnt wanted to OPT for also I want all my payments be refunded for the services apart from Magic Resume India.
I want refund from times jobs and also complaint to be register for giving false information about payment for services which are not mandatory and action against the sales executives at times jobs involved during the conversation.
