Dear Sir/Madam, I Manoj kumar, I purchased one MicroMax Canvas HD A116 (White Color) on 7 July-2013 from Laxmi Nagar New Delhi. Due to some technical problem this phone behavior was vibrant.This problem started from 31-Nov-2013.The Problem was, it was taking too much time for charging the battery. Even after whole day Plug-in Battery charging only 10% (percent). As my phone is still under warranty period, I gave this phone to Service Center(Satnaam Communication Noida Sec-18 Near Vinayak Hospital) on 2 -Dec-2013. Many times I went to service canter regarding phone but they always gave excuses that phone will come on next week.I request to my friend please go and ask about my phone as daily routine and I called Service Centrer many times but they never picked the phone.if they picked the phone, behaviour was so arrogant. After a long wait finally that day was come and unfortunately on the receiving day I was busy with my work.My friend received that phone from service centre on my request and submit the Job Sheet.They return it to me on 20-Jan-2014 after approx 2 Month. After that when I seen the phone situation was so miserable.So many scratches were on Phone Screen and return it with Black Body whereas this phone was in white body. Again my friend went service Centrer with these problems and I did a conference on phone call with the service canter employee they gave an excuse,white body is not available so we used Black body for it.I said, this is not acceptable for me.He replied, we could not do any thing in this situation.after that I requested to service center employee that the phone Speaker it not working also then he said ok, I am repairing it.But when I received the phone again on that day after repaired speaker. Still Many Problem are with the Handset. These are:- 1) Volume Low button was not working. 2) Power Off button was not working properly. 3) Battery Back Up was very low.Initially problem was,phone was not charging the Battery.but now he is charging the battery very frequently and going down (battery Low) so frequently whereas I did not install any apps(No apps installed yet). 4) He did not change my Screen (Previous was White one). Today(23-Jan-2014) Service centre’s Employee said I could not repair this phone please give it to another Service Centre. Please give me a solution regarding it. Finally,after a long time i am sending a mail to you please look into this matter. Because i am very disappointed with MicroMax Service Centre. What i will do with this Phone.This situation is so not considerable. Quick Reply will be Appreciated.
