I gave my Micromax A-72 Canvas Viva Mobile to service center In feb 6 2014 they said to repair it within 21 days but when i went to service center on 21st day they said you will have to stay for few days more because we have sent your product to our company and it will be back after repair shortly then i went their on 13-March-2014 they gave my repaired phone and said the motherboard is replaced but when i came home and tested my phone my phones ability was reduced from 512 MB RAM to 159 MB RAM and now i am unable to use my phone for multitasking as i was able to do it before the repair

I want my Phone or Motherboard Replaced To its Original form Or A quick Refund
