Have ordered Phone ZOPO ZP980 on September 3rd and the product was not delivered. After waiting for 2 months on November 18th cancelled the order and requested for refund. I have been waiting from then, but the refund did not happen.

I want my money back and close down this company and its operations so that no one else goes through the same pain.
