Dear CORE Team, I purchased MTS Service at 12/08/2013 and used till Jan 2014 (as per agent’s scheme) and stopped using the service later but I received the Advocate Notice from MTS and they asked me to pay Rs.1718 (till 15th July) and the connection is not yet terminated. They didn’t send me any bill notice regarding the payment to my mail id/address till July but got the advocate notice on time. Until the advocate notice, i have not any receipt/bill from MTS about the purchase/service usage. (i.e I even don’t know my account no. till that advocate notice reached me)
They have asked me to pay Rs.1718 but i would not like to pay for what i have not used for. The agent asked me to use till the connection connects thereafter it will be terminated.
I don’t want to get into any issues and don’t want to pay for not i have used for. I don’t want to receive any phone calls/mails/notices/bills to my address and want to get my connection terminated
