sir, i am writing to this company as well as to your team for a solution but till now there is no response from this company to settle up my issue.sir, as a customer is it my fault if the item is lost in transaction? sir, they are waiting for a reply from their concerned courier company, whether to refund my amount but why should i wait since i paid the amount to maniacstore.com. it is their internal matter that is to be looked upon. its not the customer,who is to suffer. apart, its not my lookout, since i do not know the courier company, all i know is this online store called manicstore.com to whom i paid the amount of Rs. 9590/-. sir, right from 25th of july’13 till date there is no sign of settlement. gods knows, how long will it take. i am worried since it is my hard earned money. hope, you will put a ray of light to settle up this.
i want the company to compensate for the lost at the earliest.
