sir,
i purchased an aircel student sim card on 25th march 2009 from a shop named balaji communications, mg road, tumkur. my number is 9736217969. after two weeks both the incoming and outgoing service was barred. now when i enquired in the main office of koramangala, bangalore, they say that my documents didnt reach them but the retailer is saying that he has sent that.i have submitted all the required documents asked by the retailer. but still not getting any proper service or response. because of this i have faced many problems and i am residing in bangalore and i have to spend rupees 100 per time when i visit tumkur to contact the retailer. losses from everywhere. time and money both are being wasted. no one is responding properly when i enquired. what to do now? i am helpless now. please help me to get the service and make up the losses from them.

i bought a AIRCELL Sim from univercell mobile pondicherry on 25.6.2009 but still now is not activated sim No.89914210007424963665 . i given my photo and ID proof idon`t for what reason my number is not activate .so i go another network your service in ok.
