I have applied for DFF scheme plan in Nov 2009. Till date no policy has been issued to me neither the payment has been returned. I have contacted Religare ( thru which I applied), Kotak customer care. They say a policy has already been issued and dispatched. They show the policy del;ivered to some other’s address. Now they arte saying that duplicate policy will issued, even after one month passed nothing has been done.As per your mail policy no. 01784725
