Reliance Tele – data pack not added fully no response

I did a online recharge of Rs 849 for the 6GB Pack on 2-May. It was mentioned that additional 1228 MB of Data will be added with this recharge. However, it was not added. 1) Sent email to your customer care on 3-May 9-May 14-May 19-May 2) Raised complaint on grahakseva on 14-May. Followed up on 17-May 19-May 3) Contacted the customer chat on 20-Mat

I have been cheated again by this company. They clearly mentioned that, 1228 MB will be added to my account, but they did not credit it. I have spent so much time in following up and they never helped. I have wasted more of my personal time and energy in dealing with these worst service provider with no relief.

I want the 1228 MB to be added to my account IMMEDIATELY and also the assurance that this issue will not be repeated in future. I suffered this same issue for 2 times in a row.
