I am writing this letter in regard to cheating & fraudulent cancellation being carried out by Supertech developer in one of their project named “eco bazzar” “eco village I” in greater noida west of a shop booked by me in the same project. Sir in detail My Name is Hari S Bisht ,Sir I did book a shop in above mentioned project as advised & processed by one of the prominent broker house in noida “unicon”(Agent name Mr. Sarang Mobile no.9711074588) on October 2011”purely for self use purpose…my agent asked me to give two cheques of amount 100000/ & 50000/ each for booking purpose & rest later as required. After booking he gave me the details of booking Unit no 20b upper ground floor(CRN 1051706) (I have mail sent by the broker house.) Sir After that in the same month I visited supertech’s noida corporate office with my agent for further payment then I was told that some dispute over land in the same area has erupted so they will be accepting further payment after some time…. Few days later again I visited with my agent again they refuse to accept the payment reason sighted by them this time was dispute over land is on & they can not accept any payment on any of the project which falls in the disputed region & they will be able to accept it after the dispute get resolved. All this while I was in touch with my Broker agent for updates. Later in October 12” when the land dispute got resolved I again visited their office & met Mr. Ashish Verma a CRM over there he informed that dispute is over & they are working overtime to streamline lot of pending work on the projects of greater noida west & assured me that My booking is on & they are working on the demand letters & will be informed soon for further schedule of payment. During the same time I contacted them through email also giving them complete detail of the matter to which they responded Positively & affirmatively that they are working on it.(I have copy of the mail)even after that visited their office & met several responsible official & they all confirmed my booking till jan 2013. Now finally recently when I visited their office to know the further payment schedule of my booking same Mr. ashish shocked me by saying that my booking is being cancelled due to non payment which completely wrong & baseless as the mail proves. On the contrary I visited along with my booking agent to their office for further payments(agent is witness to it ).more so they never sent me any demand letter for any payment for the record. Now just because prices of the same property has rose to 80% they just want to take the wrongful advantage of the situation which is absolutely wrong they are cheating with me Sir… I request you to give your kind attention in the matter & take the stern action against the developer & I could get my booking revived.

I BOOK THIS SHOP FOR MY SELF USE PURPOSE I WANT MY BOOKING TO RESTORED & SHOP TO BE ALLOTTED TO ME WITH TAKING DUE PAYMENTS AS PER SCHEDULE .
