i was an employee of your consern and i was resigned from the job given with 15 days priour notice. and Mr. avhinav saini ( TM-LUCKNOW) has recieved my resignation notice application. but due to his fault my notice pay ( amt RS.5431 ) has been deducted.

Sir, I had taken a Reliance Life Insurance, Policy No. 10518246. , dated 19th of February, 2007. I have been able pay only one premium of
Rs 12,036, after which I was unable to pay the remaining premiums.
The company has rejected my claim to pay me back at least the Principle amount without interest cos that has been said so in their plan conditions.
