I am staying in Bangalore.I was using the “tikona digital networks pvt ltd” for 1.5 yrs with user id:1105665764.In start their service was kind of ok and I was able to do my work.So I continued with “Tikona Connection”.But after almost 1.5 yrs,in month of September,2013,it became pathetic and finally I disconnected the connection on 27 September,2013. From here the problem started,After disconnection they sent me wrong bill amount for full and final settlement.But after several follow up,they corrected the bill amount and sent to me.I paid the total amount mentioned in the bill that was the correct amount. After disconnection,their modem & cable was with me which their representative(Name & mobile no was mentioned in the final settlement mail) has to collect from me within one month of disconnection.But he has not called me for collecting the modem & cable even after 1 week of disconnection.Then I called him to ask when he is coming to collect it.But he has not received my call.I called him 3-4 times in 1 week but he never picked my call.Then I called “Tikona Customer Care” and informed the same.They told me not to worry and said that either he will call me or any other representative will call me and collect those modem & cable.But no body has came to collect it.In this process I got fade up and thought anyway it belongs to them and if they are not willing to collect it then why should I worry and then I stopped thinking about that.Then after almost 3 months, on 14-Dec-2013,his representative Vinod with id:1108827891 called and told me I want to collect modem & Cable.Then he came to my room and collected the modem & cable in well condition and given me the receipt for the same. Then on 28-Dec-2013,I got one bill with amount Rs 1599.99 from “tikona digital networks pvt ltd”.I got surprised why they have sent me the bill once again when full and final settlement is already done.Then I called “Tikona customer Care” and asked about the bill.Then they told that actually you have not submitted the modem and cable,that is why we sent the bill.Then I told the whole story to them.After hearing all the story,they told me to send the scan copy of receipt of modem and cable to them and then they will remove the bill amount and give the clearance.I did the way they asked me to do. But today (04-Jan-2014) afternoon to my surprise,I got one call from Delhi with +911148484xxx.He told me that he is a lawyer and calling on behalf of “tikona digital networks pvt ltd”.He told me that since I have denied to pay my due amount for full & final settlement.They are going to file a case against me and warned me for serious consequences.I narrated him the full story once again and told I have already disconnected the connection in month of september,2013 and paid all the due amount and if they have collected the modem and cable after 3 months then its not my fault and why I need to pay the bill amount for their fault.Then he told me that he doesn’t know anyth
I don’t want to pay this false bill amount.I also want that nobody should go through the same kind of harassment by this cheater company in future.
