On 30th September 2013, I have ordered one variant of Aakash Tablet called “Ubislate 7cz with keyboard case” for Rs 6799/-. The order was placed online. It was claimed that the product will be delivered in 7 days. But the tracking I did using the booking ID revealed that the product was delivered at Chennai. When I talked to the support team (Manpreet), it took for them 1 week to understand that the mistake has happened either with Datawind or with the Courier. Considering the poor quality & delay of the response I was getting, I have asked the support team on 15th Oct 2013, to cancel my order and refund the money. Also, I have provided my bank details for the refund to happen. Since then, I have not got my refund. Many emails and phone calls are not helping in anyway. The response has become very arrogant & poor. Every time I call, they say, wait for some more time.
I want my refund with interest.
