I am vespa customer from Raipur. We bought a vespa scooter last year on 16.8.12 from vardhaman transport in the name of my sister, Anita Jhunjhunwala. The sales people promised us that i will get an average of 52 km per litre. However its been an year now, they have provided services and support but ultimately i am not getting an average of 50 km pl. Today i am getting an average of 32 km pl in city. In a month i used to visit the showroom thrice or more and they kept my vehicle and now the engineer is asking for one last time to provide him my vehicle for the last time. I am frustrated now, so i want to lodge a complaint against the company. A local from Raipur, named Vikas Gupta is also supporting me in this regard. His case is also the same as mine.
