Whaaky.com – Defect Product Sold – Review

Dear Sir/Madam, This is Tejas, I have ordered Wrangler Shoes & Get Metal Watch on Mar 15, 2014 from www.whaaky.com, my order number is S80250980 payment mode is COD and value of product is Rs. 1099 INR, I got defect product. When I contact to customer care support through email (support@whaaky.com) on 28th March 2014 and 30th March 2014, I got reply from support through email on 1st April 2014 that they would like to see product snapshot and I sent same on 2nd April 2014. After considering defect product, I got reply on 3rd April, 2014 from support email id saying I need to send defect product on below mentioned address and I need to bear courier charges. Once you receive product, you will recharge my mobile with courier charges of Rs. 220 INR. I have sent defect product on 3rd April, 2014 which is received by company on 5th April, 2014 and I got confirmation on 10th April, 2014 from their side. After that lots of follow-up, fortunately I got connected customer care executive through phone on 19th April, and he sent confirmation that my shoes with size 9 is consider for replacement and will be dispatched me shortly and my complain number is same as my order number S80250980.After 19th April, I am trying to connect your company through email/phone. No one is responding over phone as well as no one is replying of my email. After lots and lots of follow-ups my shoes is replaced on 28th may and now around 1 month my courier charges is not reimbursed. Kindly help me on this.

I would like my courier charges in cash not in mobile recharge and if any additional can be provided as part of harassment.
