I had ordered 4 Koutons Shirts worth Rs.999/- on 25th July’2014. They have delivered defected product on 4th August 2014. I had returned the same and they had confirmed the receipt on 11th August’2014. Inspite my regular mails I have not yet received any product. I have asked them to refund my money as i no more require this product. But they are not responding property. Every time i m getting mail that they sent the product withing 4 working days. I m not able to contact on their helpline number also.They are too busy. No body has time to attend the customer. It is very irritating. No proper reply from their end so far.
