For your kind information, I am not using any prepaid mobile service. So Rs.100.00 recharge to my mobile is not possible. Again no courier service will take less than or equal to that much of amount to ship those articles to you. Please replace those above mentioned articles and I will hand over these defective articles to the courier person as soon as I get them. Please take this matter urgently. I can not understand why are you not calling me on my mobile number given below. No one picks or responds to the call at your end in the number give in your website , because each time I called you , I got a busy tone or no one is picking up the phone.
Please look into this matter as early as possible so that I will not have to take any harsh decision.This is a sole experience at your website. We are acquainted with Myntra , Ebay, Flipkart , Snapdeal , Jabong and never had such a horrible experience.
