Whaaky.com – Received Defective Product

I received defective product which were cash on delivery for which payment was made in full by me. I mailed the complaint to whaaky.com, several mails were exchanged and after following up with whaaaky.com support team for almost 3 weeks they agreed to provide me replacement. Thus as per there requirement which respect to replacement they required that i should first return the defective product which i did. But when the courier staff called me with respect to delivery of replacement product he informed me that the replacement product was also cash on delivery. As i had already made the payment how can they require me to make payment again. The replacement product should be free.

Refund or replacement of shirts (i.e the shirts which were offered online). I have several supporting documents to prove my claim but this site of yours allow only 1 attachment and that too in picture format.
