Dear sir/madam, I want to log a complaint against Whaaky.com which is a hyderabad based online shopping company. They advertise branded clothes on their website on the cheap rates with a very beautiful pictures and 100% guarantee. I ordered 2 pants (order no. S80512623) last month : one jeans mentioned as Koutons and the other one was branded 6 pocket cargo. I paid the cost by my credit card in advance. After 5-6 days, when I received the order, both the pants were of local quality just like the sellers used to sell at various platforms in Mumbai. The quality was so low. On top of that, the jeans was not of the size which I mentioned. I reshipped that piece stating that the size is not correct and they responded saying they will replace it. I reshipped the jeans spending Rs 150 more because they mention in their website about Rs 100 mobile recharge coupon for the compensation for reshipment. I am quoting the exact words from their website as below: :”In case of a replacement, the customer will have to self ship the product to our warehouse. A flat shipping fee of Rs 100 will be converted into a mobile recharge coupon.” After 10-15 days, I have received the replacement jeans with no mobile coupon or anything but this time it was not even the new jeans. It was a used jeans looks like 1 yr used. I am really disappointed with such kind of fraud and really want that this should not happen with other people. I sincerely request you to take a strict action against this company. Thank you so much in advance.

I want a compensation for Rs 2000 and some strict actions against this company so that no body can suffer in future due to wrong deeds of such people.
