i have ordered a combo of 2 Reebok shoes from the whaaky.com, order details were S80436350, but i am sorry to say that the product delivered is not the same as displayed on site secondly i have selected shoes of 5 no. but the delivered shoes are of 7 number and 8 number, i want to return it, its of no use for me, but after delivering the product the denied to entertain me and when i submitted application for the refund they doesn’t respond me back.

as the site is not responding to my complain of refund and also have taken the cash for the delivery of the product but the product delivered is not the one i ordered, as per replacement and refund policy they should collect the product and refund me the cash i gave, but they are not doing so the product delivered is of no use for me

i want refund against the product they delivered which is of no use for me, they can collect the product back and refund me my money, secondly i want compensation for the time i wasted to reach them and kept me waiting for there respond
