The various facts are stated as under: 1. On dated 06/05/2014, I purchased a XOLO A 600 mobile (IMEI NO:- 911332302140335) from Mittal Electronics, Pathankot. Soon it started giving problems and its touch stopped working, 2. On 12th of July I registered a complaint to XOLO’s service center (Anand Communications) Pathankot, I was told that touch of the mobile will be replaced soon as they get new touch panel for the mobile from the company. 3. On 30th of July service centro told me to hand over the above said mobile to the service center and they are sending it in RF to the company. When I handed over mobile to service center, they said that they are unable to verify the warranty of the mobile and therefor they can’t prepare the job sheet right now. They will prepare it later, and gave me their business card with a job sheet no.:- (40335/90330) and the type of fault written on it and asked me to contact after 15 days. 4. After 15 days, when I contacted service center they told me that mobile has not received back by the service centre from the company. And was told that I could not be given the customer’s copy of the job sheet when I asked for it. Then I contacted Company’s consumer helpline no. (180030100104) they said mobile with has already been “Delivered to the customer” on 9th of August. When I contacted service center they said that company is telling lie, and the mobile handset is still not received back by the service center. I again contacted company’s consumer helpline who again said that the set has been delivered to the customer, Also the mobile was not sent in RF to the company, instead it was repaired at the service center at Pathankot. Further he gave me a new IMEI no.:(911353050390112) and said that this will be the new IMEI No of your set. 5. On 18th of August, When I contacted service center regarding this I was again told that the company is telling lie, 6. On 29th of August, helpline again said that status of the mobile handset is “delivered to the customer” on 9th of August and said you will be getting a new mobile (IMEI no.: 911353050390112) as your mobile handset has been replaced”. Also a concern was registered (623754). When I asked service centre they said that we don’t know about the status of your mobile handset, we will call you whenever we get any information about it. Then I contacted the national consumers helpline and registered a complaint there (533027) in this regard. 7. On 1st of sep. I sent a intimation to the company as well as its service center through registered post. Registry No: (A RP328286235IN) and (A RP328286363IN). 8. On 03/09/2014, I received a message on my number (7307903327) which reads, “Dear Customer, Expected delivery date for the product submitted vide Notification no.: 310000719795 will be 03.09.2014. For any query, call us at 919988464xxx.” When I contacted Anand Communications along with Mr. Pardeep C/O Mittal Electronics Pathankot, I was told tha
i want the entire cost of the mobile to be refunded and compensation to be paid to me for harrasment given to me.
