I have purchased a Tablet Mobile Model Number Ubislate7Cz (booking ID PM0F0967307F) online from http://www.ubislate.com (INVOICE Number AMECOM10101586) in October 2013. I received the device on 11th October 2013 having IMEI911300151098227 BUT I got faulty piece. I immediately informed to company (complaint number: 1012UP2330) Company rep. suggested me to submit the device at its service center (Mr. Pradeep, BL Electronics, G-597, Naya Khand, Opp. Petrol Punp, Near Aditya Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad UP) I submitted the device immediately at the given address. Till than company has not replace my device. I have called to customer care at 0183-2581330 and 0183-2708500 many times but no satisfactory reply. I want my replaced device otherwise they must refund my money i.e Rs.6099.00
