Dear Team Pls find below my order details that i have placed at 100bestbuy.com on 16thDec’13 at 10.47 pm and made full payment through my ICICI Bank Credit card at that point time. I have ordered 5 Kutton full sleeves shirts and 3 D&Y shirts on 16th DEC’13 at 10.47 P.M. I have made full payment of Rs.2195 at same time through my ICICI Bank Credit card. After rigorously following for my order in total in have received 1 Kuttons shirts in beginning, Then received 5 shirt in second consignment in Jan’14 (1 D&Y Shirt & 4 Kutton half sleeves shirt instead of full sleeves shirts).I have returned back those 4 half sleeves shirts in Feb’14 to Suksh Technology at Bangalore address vide pod no POD no -146477 of Falcon courier Pvt Ltd. So my current order of 4 Kuttons shirts & 2 D&Y Shirts is still pending. When we call at your call centre number, first you have to wait for minimum 5 minutes listening to your ads. Then your executive will pick the phone and they don’t have correct and appropriate answer or if the other person makes much query they will disconnect the phone. I felt very disgusted the way this company is working and feel like I have been cheated. Moreover i have put several mails to then but they are still pretending for investigation. Waiting for positive reply with delivery of my pending order within a weak time. Pls also compensate the amount of Rs.350/- I have spent couriering back 4 half sleeves Shirts. Requested your intervention in the same as this site should be blocked as other people should not be cheated. You can find other complaints on internet at below mention address.
