I got a message while surfing on YouTube acclaiming that I have won an apple Iphone just for 699 rupees for filling a survey. It redirected me to 100bestbuy.com site, asking for payment options. Being convinced that it’s an online purchasing site for various products, I paid through debit card. They sent me a confirmation email that they are dispatching the product BUT THERE WAS NO TRACKING ID. Feeling suspicious, I dialled their no. And they told me that I haven’t got anything but just qualified a contest! Whereas they hadn’t mentioned it anywhere earlier nor even in the email. So severe forgery! Please help.

I want to get either the claimed product or my money back.
