This is with respect to my order iD 13901860, credit number Z9398855 with www.100bestbuy.com. I was asked to pay Rs.9999 to 100bestbuy.com and they informed I will get 9999 points in my account and they will send me a pre gift{Karbonn calling HD Tablet }. But I have receieved only 9000 points. 100bestbuy.com told me that I can purchase any products with those points in their website in Seven years. They also told one point is equal to one rupee and I can shop in their website. But Now when I try to make online purchase with those points it is asking me money and only considering few credit points. Mr.Aditya{7813001102} has given me wrong information and cheated me with false promises. Now they are not lifting my call.

I just need my money Rs.9999 what I have paid to them has to be refunded and any compensation for wasting my time,money and my effort to call them. I do not need their gifts.
