I had ordered Iball 6318i Tablet for Rs.7999, which I had paid through Axis Bank Credit Card. I have not received the Product and even there is no call or update from the website. There number is contineously busy and when someone talks, says you will receive in some days. There is no solution at all and executives are misguiding me, just to end their call. I felt being cheated by 100bestbuy.com. I have confirmation email from 100bestbuy.com and even credit card payment is showing in the statement. I request you to please help me out.
