I have ordered Chetan Bhagats Combo book set of Six books online on 100bestbuy.com website by paying them through credit card, under reference ID: 13835817 on 4 Dec 2012 which has not delivered. After m,aking several complaints they have booked new order on 27 dec 12 on phone call with reference ID: 13835817 & still awaiting the order to receive. On mail they are communicating that the product is out of stock & on web site it is still showing available with higher cost that i have booked. Again on each phone call they have committed to deliver the product but faild to do so.

I want books to be deliver at the same caost of Rs 666/- which i have booked on 4th Dec 12 & still showing available on websites. OR I should get back my money credited to my credit card account.
