Dear Sir, 100 Best buy.com had sent the mail there is a offer of Aakash Tablet buy the calling Tab only Rs:-999 through online after than I had paid the amount online through debit card Rs: – 999 on 18 February 2014. But on that day I did not receive my product. After than company customer care had called me. Company’s person told me after 2 to 3 days you will receive the Tab. After than within one week that person had not called me. After than I had called him. In that Time Company’s person told me right now company has not stock. Than I told him return my amount. After than company’s person told me you have to stay one week. After than 26 February 2014 company’s person told me COD (Cash on delivery) you have to pay Rs: – 2999. Company will give you calling Tab, camera with all features. After than company has give me Tablet on 5 march 2014 of wrong product. I open the segment in that time I called the company and explain the problem of that product than company’s person registered the complaint and gave me a complaint number. Right now I am showing a complaint number. The complaint number is 29310456 dated of 5 march 2014 and another complaint number is 29310646 dated of 7 march 2014. After than company’s person is not receiving the call. And company’s person is not replying me, no answer and sent a mail. So I am requiting you please take a action against this fraud & chiter company. That is wrong convincing to a customer by call. I shall be very thankful to you.
