Order booked with Reference number 14472411 & 14472607 on 16th May 2014. Both order cancellation request sent on the same date. Since 16th I was following relating to get the status along with refund of money. In there cancellation policy it was clearly written “In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be able to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you”. But that one not happened in my case. Till date i have not got any refund from there end. As a consequence of their deficient services and the repeated incompetency displayed by their employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration.Please help me to get the refund.

I want refund of the entire amount. In addition, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs.15,000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony they have caused to me and the cost incurred by me in trying to contact them.
