I had purchased a ” koutons pack of 5″ formal shirts from 100bestbuy.com ( Order Ref no.29480041 ), but the product what i received was some other brand other than koutons, so i have couriered the product back to newdelhi office and would like to demand refund.

I have called the customer care of 100bestbuy.com for refund several times and it has been almost a month i sent the roduct back to them but have not received the refund for the product. there is no response from the customer care as well.

i need refund for my product ( Rs.1190/-) and courier charges (Rs.220/-) 1. i have attached the details of the product couriered back to 100bestbuy.com
