this is my e-mail already sent on-19 dec.13 & 25-dec-2013 at 100bestbuy but nobody is replying and solving my complain. dear sir, this is my final reminder..if did not get my money back as cash than within 3 days…than i will file a complain in customer court… i tried many time to talk with your manager and also talked with you costumer care no but body is giving me right feedback and solving my complain..and customer care no is also disconnecting my call after hearing my words that i want to talk with your manager… i placed two order on 16-12-2013 by my axis bank debit card for 5 kouton shirts and 3 kouton shirts.after many follow up i got the 5 shirts on 23-12-2013 but its very very cheap and third class quality in the brand name of kouton and also half sleeve…so want to send it back and also want to cancle my 3 pc shirts order…and need my money back as cash..i already talked abt this problem in your costumer care and she assure me to send solve my complain and problem and she also promise me to send a email about this complain no.and cancellation of orders…but till time no call..and no msg receive by your any department..now i m feeling cheated… you are fraud kind of company… i need my money back as cash or by neft/rtgs…. i also participate in samsung grand contest after calling from bestbuy sales person on 18-13-2013…but he tell me lie about contest and hide many things…now i am not able to use full my credit points as purchase of whatever i like from 100bestbuy website…whenever i select option to place order its asking to pay amount..not full but some 35 to 50% amount of full product value and other amount will be deducted from my credit point but same thing your sales person never told me…and also stoped me to when i was buying some product after paid of amount 3999/- as demostration as i participate in contest.. now i m feeling cheated… you are fruad kind of company… i need my money back as cash or by neft/rtgs…. thanks and regards… mohammed firoz.. mob-9830777647
