100bestbuy – non-availability of shoes refund not received

Dear sir / madam, I had bought two pairs of shoes from 100bestbuy on 14th May’2014 by paying Rs.1175/- through credit card and I had 6981 credit points which was reduced to 6632 points after the order placed of the two pairs of shoes. On 3rd June’2014 I got a call stating non-availability of shoes so I asked them to refund for which I again received a call on 6th June’2014 stating that my credit card account will be credited with Rs.1175/- and the 100bestbuy credit points will also be credit to my account of 100bestbuy. I had again sent a mail on 16th June’2014 and 26th June’2014 to do the needful but till 26th June’2014 nothing has been done by 100bestbuy.

As the company seems to be fooling with people and also my money has been stuck in such fraud company. I request for return of my funds of Rs. 8156/- (6981 + 1175)
