100bestbuy – Non delivery of goods

I had made an Purchase on 18-04-2014 for which i was promised to get the products within 7 days of purchase, i have made the payment online with the reference # as 000578740181 1001404,00568365…but i have not got any further Notice for the same. Upon Calling the Customer Care Several Times i have got very slag messages stating that we will not deliver the same. I have spoken to one Prakash & Meghana….when i told them i need to speak to your Manager/Supervisor…they have replied stating that we cannot transfer the call & have just been haging the phone.

Anything that you believe need to be done as per LAW…I dont want anyone else falling under the same trap……if they are not fit to do business….then they need not do the same
