100bestbuy – Non-delivery of product not responding

After several attempts to contact the company, I registered two complaints on http://www.nationalconsumerhelpline.in/ with the following Docket#:555104860014,555104943414 I’ve been trying to contact executives of 100bestbuy who are extremely difficult to reach, and once reached, have absolutely no idea of what”s going on with the order. OrderID: 13671016 (New order assigned: 28836594) Ref#: 1001401005251878 Amt: INR 7999 Authorization Code: 009091 Ref#: VT140290059000860000123 Paid using HSBC Card ending with 2697 Dated: 28/Jan/2014 I was convinced by their executive to make a payment of 7999 to register myself to the 2nd round of Nokia Lumia 1020 contest, against which I”ll be shipped an iBall Tablet and a branded watch within 7 days of this transaction, and 7999 credits to my account, regardless I win the contest. While 7999 credits were added to my account, I don”t see any iBall Tablet or watch shipped as yet (as on 13/Mar/14). Each time I call the executives, I am told it will be shipped within 2 days and I”ll receive it in 1 week time. It appears that some sales executive of 100bestbuy.com was successful in luring me to make a transaction of 7999 and no such offer exists with 100bestbuy. I feel cheated of my money and helpless since the company is not responding at all.

Full refund of Rs 7999 + 3.45% interest per month + 13.13% service tax + Rs 41500 (value of product used to convince me to enter the said contest) + any applicable court related fees and expenditures that may be incurred, if at all Total – Minimum of Rs 56060
